programs in coach training and in leadership. James Flaherty, the

www.westchestercoaches.org Westchester Coaches is a group of
professional coaches residing in the Westchester, NY vicinity, with a
mutual interest in sharing learning opportunities and in bringing coaching
services to the wider Westchester community. On this site you can
find links to the websites of many of my colleagues, most of whom have
areas of coaching expertise different from my own. I have been
an active member of Westchester Coaches since 2002.
www.empowercoach.com The
website of my colleague David Silberkleit, a professional coach based in
Stony Creek, CT. David has authored a wonderful book, A New
Adventure Every Day, which you can read about, and purchase, on this site.
He has made many other useful resources available there -- essays, poems,
book recommendations, quotes -- as well as lots of information about his
coaching business, and about the many seminars he leads. David was
my mentor coach in 2001, during the time I was beginning my own coach
training. With his keen wisdom, persistent questioning, and creative
suggestions, he modeled coaching at its very best for me, and had an
enormous impact on how I developed my own approach to coaching.
www.soulbusiness.com The
website of another colleague, Jim Vuocolo, a professional coach and
educator living in Redlands, CA. Jim has written numerous e-books,
which you can sample and purchase on this site. He also offers a
number of teleclasses, and publishes a periodic newsletter that you can
subscribe to. Jim has been my mentor coach on two different
occasions throughout my coaching career, and both times he used his sharp
powers of attention and intuition to make observations that helped me to
see, and act upon, some new opportunity that I hadn't seen up to then.
